Your agents write faster, with AI right in the composer.
Built into the WhatsApp composer your agents already use
One toolbar, five real actions
Below every message box: Suggest Reply, Change Tone, Fix Spelling, Simplify, and Translate To. Agents keep full control — they trigger an action, review the result, and edit before sending.
- Suggest Reply drafts a response from the conversation so far
- Fix Spelling and Improve clean up a rushed draft in one click
- Nothing sends automatically — the agent always reviews first
Yes, we deliver to Jeddah — orders usually arrive same-day. Would you like me to confirm your order now?
Match the tone to the customer, instantly
Switch a draft between Professional, Friendly, Empathetic, or Straightforward without retyping it — useful when an agent needs to de-escalate a frustrated customer or tighten up a casual reply for a formal client.
- Four built-in tone presets, one click each
- Keeps the original meaning, just reshapes delivery
- Especially useful for support teams handling mixed customer moods
Read and reply in any language — even without an AI key
Translate To covers 15+ languages for outgoing replies, and incoming messages can auto-translate on arrival. If an AI provider key is configured, translation is context-aware; if not, a free Google Translate fallback runs automatically — no AI subscription required to serve a multilingual chat.
- Translate To 15+ languages for outgoing messages
- Optional auto-translate for incoming messages, saved per conversation
- Free Google Translate fallback works even with zero AI keys configured

Questions
AI Assist for Agents FAQ
QHow is this different from the AI chatbot?
The chatbot replies automatically instead of an agent. AI Assist helps a real human agent who is writing the reply — suggesting wording, fixing spelling, simplifying, or translating — but the agent is the one who sends it.
QDo I need an AI key to use translation?
No — if no AI key is configured, a free Google Translate fallback runs automatically for both incoming and outgoing messages. An AI key adds more context-aware, brand-consistent translation, but it isn't required.
QHow many languages does "Translate To" support?
Over 15 languages, including Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and more — pick the target language from the list below the composer.
QIs auto-translating incoming messages mandatory?
No — incoming and outgoing auto-translate can be toggled independently per chat from local browser settings.
